Which financial institution is the best for your business in Japan?

We should consider not only the amount of charges but each financial institutions' internal code for for money transfer.  

Simply comparing overseas remittance charge, major internet banks such as SBI and Rakuten offers lower amount than real major banks.  But each banks have internal rule for restrict money transfer to abroad, which sometimes cause trouble with clients' business.

As an example, one of my client imports silicon products from Chinese company could not transfer money from a major bank in Japan to China.  Although China had tight restriction for overseas money transfer, the transaction price was not so big and I don't know why the bank could not proceed the money transfer.  I visited all major banks around the client's HQ, and find one financial institution which can transfer money.

I can say we should check all financial institutions including internet banks to find the best one for us.  Especially in local area, we might find a bit strange restriction by each banks.
